Polar Seafood Group operates modern factories in Greenland, Denmark and Norway, where we process and pack cold-water prawns, snow crab, king crab and high-quality fish for customers worldwide. 

In Greenland, our Polar Raajat factories in Nuuk and Aasiaat together make up the world’s largest producer of cooked and peeled cold-water prawns. In Denmark, we are based in Esbjerg, where Naajaq Seafood handles prawn packing, and Polar Salmon Hjerting Laks processes fish using the traditional Danish smoking method. Here you will also find a cold store with a capacity of 4,500 pallets, while our state-of-the-art cold store in Vester Hassing near our office in Vodskov can hold up to 8,500 pallets. 

In Norway, we operate several factories along the Finnmark coast, strategically located close to the rich fishing grounds of the Barents Sea. Here we buy, pack and distribute fresh fish and king crab to the market.
